SCOTTSDALE RESORT & CONFERENCE CENTER CITED AGAIN AS ONE OF THE VALLEY’S BEST WORKING ENVIROMENTS
Scottsdale, AZ – (January 2008) –The Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center once again was named one of the “Best Places to Work 2007” in Phoenix and the Valley of the Sun. The competition was conducted by BestCompaniesAZ in conjunction with the Phoenix Business Journal.
Since opening in 1976, the resort has been considered one of the pillars of Scottsdale’s elite hospitality community and has received numerous awards from both trade and consumer organizations for the service and resort experience delivered by the employees to their guests day in and day out.
With 412 employees, the Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center was ranked #8 of the 30 companies honored in the “large company” category. The resort placed tenth in 2003, however, according to Denise Gredler of BestCompaniesAZ, 2007’s competition saw record participation and stiffer competition.
